Returns

Due to the nature of my work, I do not offer returns. If you have any questions about a particular piece, please don't hesitate to contact me before placing an order.

Shipping info

All orders ship from my Montreal studio within 3-5 business days by CANADA POST. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be emailed to you when your order has shipped.

- CANADA orders ship with a tracking number and a signature confirmation upon delivery.

- USA orders ship with a tracking number. Please contact me if you require XPRESSPOST service with signature for an extra fee.

- INTERNATIONAL orders ship without a tracking number. I am not responsible for your parcel once it ships. Please contact me if you require a shipping service with a tracking number for an extra fee.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen parcels or incorrect shipping addresses.

I personally pack each order carefully to ensure that every art piece arrives safely to its destination.

Sales tax for Canadian residents:

If you reside in Canada, provincial sales tax will be applied to your order according to your location. If you would like to pay via e-transfer instead, please contact me prior to placing your order.

Local pick-up

Local pick-up is available at my studio in Montreal.

Duties and taxes

Clients are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes and duties that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs in your respective country.

Accepted forms of payment

I accept online payments in my shop via Stripe and/or Paypal. Your confidential information is handled securely through SSL encryption.

Price Currency

All prices are in US dollars.

All images and artwork are copyrighted by me and purchasing a piece does not purchase the reproduction rights. Please do not use or reproduce without my express permission.
